Cal Poly faculty association endorses Jim Patterson for 5th District Supervisor
The Cal Poly chapter of the California Faculty Association has endorsed incumbent Supervisor Jim Patterson.
The association represents 470 faculty members and is part of the 23,000-member union. The Fifth District, which Patterson represents, includes Cal Poly.
Patterson will face Pozo rancher Debbie Arnold in the June 3 primary.
The Fifth District also includes Atascadero, Santa Margarita, Garden Farms, Creston and California Valley.
