Jacob Hoyle hit a walk-off, two-run single in the bottom of the 10th inning to lift San Luis Obispo over Santa Paula, 4-3, on Thursday night at SLO Stadium in a summer collegiate baseball game.

The hit, which scored Erik Lewis and Taylor Anderson, came after the Halos took a 3-2 lead in the top of the inning thanks to one of the Blues’ five errors in the game.

Anderson was 3 for 4 with two runs, and Hoyle finished 2 for 5 with his two RBI.

Andrew Vinson earned the win by getting the final out in the top of the 10th.

San Luis Obispo (13-6, 8-5 California Collegiate League) snapped a two-game skid with the win, while Santa Paula (3-5) saw its two-game win streak come to an end.
