A Chipotle Mexican Grill under construction in Paso Robles is scheduled to open June 26, the company confirmed Thursday.

It will be San Luis Obispo County’s third location for the chain restaurant, which sells quick-serve burritos, tacos and other dishes at 1,500 stores worldwide. The eatery also has two locations in San Luis Obispo — one downtown that opened in 2010 and another in the Madonna Plaza that opened in 2012.

The Paso Robles Chipotle moved into a space formerly occupied by Chino's Rock and Tacos, next to Jamba Juice, at 98 Niblick Road in the Woodland Plaza II shopping center.

Each of Chipotle's restaurants typically employs 25 to 30 people, a company spokeswoman said. A list of the Paso Robles' location's various full- and part-time positions in customer service and food prep is currently posted online at http://jobs.chipotle.com/paso-robles-jobs.
