Housing nonprofit names new CFO

Kenneth Trigueiro has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer of Peoples’ Self-Help Housing, a nonprofit that provides affordable housing and programs for low-income families, seniors and other special needs groups.

Kenneth Trigueiro has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer of Peoples' Self-Help Housing, a nonprofit that provides affordable housing and programs for low-income families, seniors and other special needs groups.

He replaces John Fowler who took over as the group’s president earlier this year.

Trigueiro has been with the organization since 2005 with past responsibilities over rental housing acquisitions, development, financing and construction, according to a news release. He also serves on the board of the Peoples’ Self-Help Housing affiliate Peoples’ Opportunity Fund, a community development financing institution.

Previously, he worked in project development management at the Paso Robles Housing Authority and in residential real estate lending at Bank of America, according to the release.

Trigueiro holds an MBA in financing and banking from Golden Gate University of San Francisco and a degree in agricultural business management from Cal Poly.
