Consider donating funds to Land Conservancy of San Luis Obispo County for Pismo Preserve project and determine an amount; appropriate $35,000 from lodging improvement district funds to Savor the Central Coast event.

Pismo Beach Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 773-4658. Consider permits for construction of new 106-unit hotel with 1,795 square feet of commercial space, 2,150 square feet of meeting space and an underground parking garage at 601 Cypress St.; consider separate permits for seawall projects to stabilize the bluffs seaward of Shelter Cove Lodge and Shore Cliff Lodge at 2651 and 2555 Price St.
