Cal Fire is investigating the cause of a structure fire in Los Osos that caused about $30,000 worth of damage and destroyed a vacant duplex Sunday.

Cal Fire and the Morro Bay Fire Department responded to a call of a blaze on the 1500 block of Nipomo Avenue at 1 a.m. to find a duplex partially engulfed in flames.

The fire was brought under control at 4:30 a.m., with no injuries reported, though the building was destroyed, according to a Cal Fire news release.
