Arroyo Grande Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 473-5420. Proposal to subdivide a 15,779-square-foot property into two parcels at 1450 Chilton St. (no development proposed at this time).

Morro Bay Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 772-6200. Cal Poly City and Regional Planning Graduate Studio Presentation of Visioning Process for the Rezone of the West Atascadero Road Area — Embarcadero to Main Street; appointment of Planning Commissioner to Wastewater Reclamation Facility.

Consider downtown Pismo Beach vision statement and strategic plan; adopt an initiative petition or place it on the November general election ballot to define specific types of development allowed in Price Canyon; consider awarding $312,397 contract for improvement projects at City Hall and two veterans halls.
