Busy voters can cast votes on Saturday

Voters who can’t make it to the polls Tuesday for the state primary election have the option of voting early.

The County Clerk-Recorder Office will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday for registered voters to use a vote-by-mail ballot. Voters can either fill out the ballot in the office or return it between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Election Day to any polling place or to the Clerk-Recorder office.

A designated family member or person living in the same home can return the ballot on Election Day if the voter is unable to do it.

For information on the primary election, call the County Clerk-Recorder Office at 781-5080 or go online, to slovote.com.
