Internal support

Los OsosMay 21, 2014

I wonder how the employees of The Tribune would feel if they had experienced a manager for six years whose management style and policies they didn’t like or respect. Then, finally, they have the opportunity to express their opinions, letting the public know that the leadership to which they have been subjected has not been conducive to efficiency, effectiveness, creative solutions or high morale. And then outsiders completely ignore their experience and opinions.

Unlike The Tribune Editorial Board, the deputy district attorneys know well the character, ethics and abilities of both candidates, and they support Dan Dow. The Tribune could at least have said why it doesn’t think the opinion of those who will have to live with the results of this election is relevant.

The Tribune is pleased to provide this opportunity to share information, experiences and observations about what's in the news. Some of the comments may be reprinted elsewhere in the site or in the newspaper. We encourage lively, open debate on the issues of the day, and ask that you refrain from profanity, hate speech, personal comments and remarks that are off point. Thank you for taking the time to offer your thoughts.
