Hospice recognition

Los OsosMay 16, 2014

Thank you for publishing the medical appreciation supplement earlier this week. As family eldercare has been my second “career” for the last 15 years, I have experienced pretty much every facet of healthcare in our community, and couldn’t have done this job without the support of these amazing people.

However, I did notice a glaring omission. Nowhere was there mention of the nurses and doctors of our various hospice and home health agencies. These professionals provide incredibly valuable services that bring not only dignity and caring, but also a “normality” to difficult situations in life. So hats off and a big, appreciative thank you to all of the medical professionals in our communities.
