Residents are invited to share their ideas on the design and character of the future San Luis Ranch project planned for the Dalidio Ranch at a community open house from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday.

The open house will be held at the San Luis Obispo City-County Library, 995 Palm St. in downtown San Luis Obispo.

Local homebuilder Coastal Community Builders is hosting the event to gather community input. Information stations will poll interest in various architectural styles, agricultural operations, sustainability measures and other development aspects.

“CCB wants the new neighborhood we are designing to integrate homes and commercial uses with continued agricultural operations in a way that represents the character of San Luis Obispo,” project spokesperson Marshall Ochylski said.
