Grover Beach mayor to give 'state of the city' address

Grover Beach Mayor Debbie Peterson will present a “state of the city” address May 30 at an event hosted by the Arroyo Grande & Grover Beach Chamber of Commerce.

Peterson will give an overview of upcoming projects, address opportunities and challenges facing the city, and take questions, according to a news release from the chamber.

The program will be held from 8 to 9 a.m. at the Ramona Garden Park Center, 993 Ramona Ave. in Grover Beach. A full breakfast will be provided by Station Grill.

The event is $12 for members and $15 for nonmembers. Advanced reservations are required by May 26 and can be made by calling 489-1488 or by going to
