Atascadero City Council. Meets Tuesday. 461-5000. Property owner objections to the city’s weed abatement program; changes to city fees for services such as permits and annexations.

Morro Bay City Council. Meets Tuesday. 772-6200. Update of status of maintenance for existing wastewater plant; deferral of Dynegy community development fund payment; boatyard analysis study; review of Rickenbach’s consultant report for wastewater facility sites.

Paso Robles Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 237-3888. Request to drop a golf course from the former Black Ranch Resort hotel project at 4380 Highway 46 East originally approved in 2002 and replace it with a discovery garden attraction and vineyard.
Pismo Beach Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 773-4658. Conceptual review and discussion of new 18-lot subdivision off Mattie Road on a vacant lot south of Emerald Pointe Way (no action will be taken).

San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors. Meets Tuesday. 781-5450. Discussion of the
2014-15 county budget; hearing to consider renewing the county Tourism Business Improvement District; hearing about the licensing of tobacco retailers in the county; appointment of
22 members of the Paso Robles Groundwater Basin Advisory Committee.
