The 20th annual Chili Cook-off and Car Show returns Saturday, May 10, to the Cambria Veterans Memorial Building and Pinedorado Grounds.

The car show, open to street rods, trucks, customs, exotics and classics, runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and chili tasting from noon to 3 p.m. Car Show trophies are awarded at 1:30 p.m. and chili trophies at 3 p.m.

For $10, chili tasters get a chili kit with a cup, spoon, napkin and official ballot for the ever-popular “People’s Choice” vote. Other trophies are awarded by “hot stuff” specialists, including Consuelo Macedo, The Cambrian’s Culinary Corner columnist, and Taylor Hilden, Cambria Citizen of the Year for 2013.

The Rotary Club of Cambria will provide beer tasting for $3, along with soda and water. There will also be live music, a silent auction and raffle drawings.
