Where’s evidence?

San Luis ObispoMay 6, 2014

Over the past 19 months, I have tried to pay close attention to what happened in Benghazi, Libya, in September 2012, and to the stories put out in Washington trying to explain the murder of four Americans, including our ambassador.

I must say, other than the spin put out by the Obama administration, I have never seen anything quite like The Tribune’s article of May 3, assuring your readers that “their key charges have been refuted — some by their own members.”

Since your assertion is accompanied by no evidence, are we simply to accept its validity on faith? I look forward to seeing any evidence you have to back up this assertion. I think these four dead Americans deserve no less.

The Tribune is pleased to provide this opportunity to share information, experiences and observations about what's in the news. Some of the comments may be reprinted elsewhere in the site or in the newspaper. We encourage lively, open debate on the issues of the day, and ask that you refrain from profanity, hate speech, personal comments and remarks that are off point. Thank you for taking the time to offer your thoughts.
