Grover Beach City Council. Meets Monday. 473-4567. Public hearing on the city’s housing element, one part of its general plan; give direction on city’s goals and work plan for fiscal year 2014-15.

Arroyo Grande City Council. Meets Tuesday. 473-5400. Provide input on public art mural depicting Arroyo Grande’s agricultural history proposed for building at 303 E. Branch St.; consider agreement with the county Sheriff’s Office for police dispatch services.

Atascadero City Council. Meets Tuesday. 461-5000. Changes to existing Oak Ridge Estates development off west side of Highway 41; consider placing a half-cent sales tax measure on the November ballot to help update roads, parks and other city infrastructure.

Morro Bay City Council. Meets Tuesday. 772-6200. Consider licensing agreement between city and surfline.com webcam location; consider declaring emergency for water shortages; review retrofit requirements and Public Works Advisory recommendations for water allocations.

Paso Robles Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 237-3888. Development of new horse ranch for lessons and boarding at 1448 Fontana Road; construction of a 1,146-square-foot expansion to a detached garage at 734 Pino Way.

Pismo Beach City Council/Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 773-4657. Special joint meeting to discuss a “vision” for Pismo Beach, public participation, paperless agendas, ideas for the future, and pedestrian and bike connections between Mattie and Shell Beach roads.

San Luis Coastal School Board. Meets Tuesday. 549-1202. Update of facility conditions and needs.

San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors. Meets Tuesday. 781-5450. Consider agreement with Arroyo Grande to provide the city with emergency dispatch services for $322,000 annually for three years; consider spending $493,013 in federal grants to purchase a boat and other equipment to deal with panga boats; hear an appeal of a 21-parcel subdivision in the Cypress Ridge development.

Nipomo Community Services District. Meets Wednesday. 929-1133. Declare existence of a Stage 2 drought as defined under the recently adopted water shortage response and management plan.

Oceano Community Services District. Meets Wednesday. 481-6730. Consider resolution declaring water shortage; closed-session consideration of appointment of general manager/interim general manager.
