Cal Poly was ranked 70th of 132 colleges in the ninth annual Best U.S. Undergraduate Business Schools by Bloomberg Businessweek.

The local university was among four public universities in California to make the list.

The ranking was drawn from data from surveys sent to students, employers and recruiters. It took into account median starting salaries for graduates, the number of grads admitted to the 35 top MBA programs, and faculty-student ratios among other information.
