Hospitality dries up

KingsburgApril 7, 2014

My family usually visits Cambria several times per year.

Imagine our surprise this past weekend when patronizing some of the local restaurants to hear that we could not have a glass of water for our 4-year-old son or 2-year-old daughter, after spending the past couple of hours walking the shops in the East Village. Instead, we were offered “artisanal” bottled water at $1.50 each.

Indeed, a great example of symbolism over substance, and guaranteed to leave a lasting impression on your visitors.
