Conduct a public hearing to reconsider previous approval of a permit and plans for the Grover Beach Lodge and Conference Center; permit for project to improve pedestrian and bicycle access on West Grand Avenue between Highway 1 and the beach, and between Fourth and Fifth streets; give direction on possible city charter ballot measure; budget outlook for upcoming fiscal year 2014-15.

Atascadero Unified School District Board of Trustees. Meets Tuesday at Creston Elementary School. 462-4200. Approve pay hikes for bilingual interpreters, substitute teachers and yard duty supervisors; Local Control Accountability Plan update; $5 million contract with Wysong Construction Co. 

Atascadero City Council. Meets Tuesday. 470-3400. Solid waste and recycling agreements forum. 

Grover Beach Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 473-4520. Consider permit for operation of an automotive repair business at 792 W. Grand Ave.; consider draft of city’s housing element, one part of its general plan.

Morro Bay City Council. Meets Tuesday. 772-6222. Project status of wastewater treatment plant; amendment consideration for ordinance on “granny units”; business agreement with Chamber of Commerce; discussion about request for proposal on developing a work plan for General Plan/Coastal Plan. 

Pismo Beach Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 773-4658. Consider coastal development permit for construction of a sea wall and concrete sea-cave infill at 219 Indio Drive; conceptual review of a mixed-use development with four commercial spaces and four second-story residential units at 1127 Shell Beach Road.

San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors. Meets Tuesday. 781-5450. Study session on county program to streamline renewable energy projects; hearing for an appeal of Planning Commission approval of request to convert former bank building to a McDonald’s restaurant in Los Osos.

San Luis Coastal Unified School District School Board. Meets Tuesday. 549-1202. Superintendent’s update on the Facility Master Plan.

Nipomo Community Services District. Meets Wednesday. 929-1133. Consider waiving future service charges and fees for proposed Jim O. Miller Memorial Park; presentation on draft water rates that could be adopted during drought and water rates to purchase supplemental water; hearing to adopt water-shortage response plan.

Oceano Community Services District. Meets Wednesday. 481-6730. Discussion on policy when a drought has been declared on local, state or federal levels; closed-session item to consider appointment of interim general manager.

San Luis Obispo Planning Commission. Meets Wednesday.  Request from Mission Medical to amend the general plan to reconfigure the boundary between medium-density and office designations and to review a tentative map to create nine residential units and up to eight commercial units on Osos Street.
