A Paso Robles man was arrested on suspicion of prowling and peeping in a residence in the 1100 block of Seaward Street in San Luis Obispo on Friday evening.

Police responded to a call at 9:19 p.m. about a suspicious person in the neighborhood. They found Timothy Kasinger, 30, standing in a front yard looking in a living room window, which was open and the screen partially removed, a San Luis Obispo Police Department press release said.

Kasinger allegedly hid behind a bush when he saw the patrol car lights, police said. Kasinger did not live at the home and didn’t have permission to be there, so police took him into custody.

Police are trying to determine if there are any other victims. Anyone with pertinent information is asked to call police.
