Oceano Dunes dust-control measures

About 15 acres of orange wind fencing have been installed at the Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area. The fences work by slowing down wind velocity as it blows across open sand dunes enough to allow the tiny sand particles to drop out of the air.
