Arroyo Grande City Council. Meets Tuesday. 473-5400. Reject bids for a police station upgrade project and direct staff to solicit new bids after making design modifications to reduce costs; review water and wastewater rate study and schedule a public hearing to increase rates. 

Morro Bay City Council. Meets Tuesday. 772-6200. Consider Planning Commission recommendation to change zoning code to ease permit requirements for granny flats; review and discuss Draft Urban Forest Management Plan; discuss request from Morro Bay 4th Inc. for $25,000 grant for Fourth of July event. 

Paso Robles Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 237-3970. Consider request for a development plan; lot split and oak tree removals for the Marriott Residence Inn hotel; discuss drought and city water contingency plan.

Pismo Beach Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 773-4658. Consider an amendment to general plan policy and a zoning code section regarding garage setbacks.

Nipomo Community Services District. Meets Wednesday. 929-1133. Consider a water shortage response plan, which would allow the district board to respond to changes in the groundwater condition.

Oceano Community Services District. Meets Wednesday. 481-6730. Consider appointment of interim general manager in closed session.
