Construction of Courtland Street Apartments, an affordable-housing project at the corner of Courtland Street and Grand Avenue in Arroyo Grande, has reached the halfway mark. The complex includes four one-bedroom, 18 two-bedroom and 14 three-bedroom units. It also features a community room with kitchen, meeting space, laundry facilities and a playground. Rents will range from $350 for a one-bedroom unit to about $900 for a three-bedroom apartment.
