The San Luis Obispo International Film Festival celebrated its 20th anniversary Wednesday, March 5, 2014, with a screening of the documentary "Starring Adam West" at the Fremont Theatre.

Sunday is the final day of the 2014 SLO International Film Festival.

George Sidney Independent Film Awards and King Vidor award presentation

What: First up is a salute to independent filmmakers. Then actor James Cromwell takes the stage to honor Oscar winner Jeff Bridges with the King Vidor Career Achievement Award.

SUNDAY

“Anita”

What: More than 20 years later, this documentary looks back at Anita Hill’s testimony before Congress that then-U.S. Supreme Court nominee Clarence Thomas had sexually harassed her. Filmmaker Freida Lee Mock will participate in a panel discussion following the screening.

When: 1 p.m.

Where: Fremont Theatre, 1025 Monterey St., San Luis Obispo

How much: $8 to $10.

Central Coast Filmmaker Awards and “The Face of Love”

What: Local moviemakers are honored, followed by a sneak preview of the romantic drama “The Face of Love,” starring Annette Bening as a widow who meets a man (Ed Harris) who looks exactly like her deceased husband.

When: 6:30 p.m.

Where: Fremont Theatre, San Luis Obispo

How much: $8 to $10
