Not gaga for Gaga

CambriaMarch 3, 2014

Hearst wouldn’t even openly acknowledge his mistress Marion Davies, asked to have Jean Harlow put on more clothes when visiting the Castle, and bought a movie house that was showing risque films in Chicago because he couldn’t persuade the owners to pull the movie — no, I do not think W.R. Hearst, as he would possibly like to be remembered, would have gone gaga for the lady, especially if he heard her lyrics and had seen her videos.
