Liability lawyer’s dream

Morro BayFebruary 24, 2014

Regarding the state Supreme Court’s case on party host protections, (Court may put an end to party host protection, Feb. 17).

Underage Drunk Person A runs over Underage Drunk Person B, and the parents of B sue the parents of Underage Host C who never gave consent for the party in the first place?

Sounds like a liability lawyer’s dream come true if such nonsense becomes law. Whatever happened to personal responsibility?
