New chef hired at Paso Robles Inn Steakhouse

The Paso Robles Inn Steakhouse recently hired Paul Arangorin of Atascadero as executive chef, where he will oversee all culinary functions.

Arangorin, a lifelong San Luis Obispo County resident, was Sunset Savor the Central Coast 2012 Battle of the Bay winner while chef at the Inn at Morro Bay.

A graduate of the California Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu, Arangorin worked as an executive chef at Pacifica Host Hotels since 2010, according to a news release.

The Battle of the Bay competition focused on highlighting fresh ingredients from the Morro Bay area; Arangorin won, creating a map of Morro Bay made entirely out of food.
