Grover Beach City Council. Meets Tuesday. 473-4567. Continue a public hearing on the Grover Beach Lodge and Conference Center to March 3; award contracts for city hall parking lot and sidewalk improvements.

Lucia Mar Unified School District Board of Trustees. Meets Tuesday. 474-3000. Update on district’s strategic plan; consider next phase of development for Central Coast New Tech High; consider summer school program.

Paso Robles City Council. Meets Tuesday. 237-3888. Consider awarding bid to construct the city’s Nacimiento water treatment plant to Cushman Contracting Corp. for $11 million; consider adopting resolution supporting formation of a water district for the Paso Robles groundwater basin.

Pismo Beach City Council. Meets Tuesday. 773-4657. Consider contract with Probolsky Research to conduct polling and research of local voters on the city’s half-cent sales tax, Measure C, which sunsets in March 2015.

San Luis Obispo City Council. Meets Tuesday. 781-7100. Study session on the economic development strategic plan implementation; update on the five-year general fund fiscal forecast; sewer rate structure change for schools.

San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors. Meets Tuesday. 781-5450. Continue hearing on county legislative platform in support of special legislation to create a Paso Robles groundwater basin management district.
