Fracking and water

Paso RoblesFebruary 14, 2014

There is much controversy regarding gas and oil fracking of their wells. The one we should be most concerned with now is the use of several hundred thousand to several million gallons of water to frack one well. The amount of water depends on the type of well and how it is drilled.

With drought conditions prevalent in California, maybe there should be a moratorium on fracking to conserve water.
