In an effort to improve communication and cooperation, the Paso Robles City Council and Paso Robles Joint Unified School District board will hold a joint session Thursday night to discuss several issues.

The meeting, which will begin at 6 p.m. at Paso Robles City Hall, will allow the two boards to exchange ideas on a variety of topics, including a projected housing project in the city, water use limitations for the city and schools, city and school organized extra-curricular activities for grades 6-12 and programs for gang intervention.

The public is invited to attend.
