County health panel looking for volunteer member

The San Luis Obispo County Health Commission is looking for a consumer representative to serve on the panel.

The 11-member volunteer commission is an advisory board to the county Board of Supervisors and the Public Health Department on health-related issues in the county.

Commissioners should expect to spend at least 10 hours a month attending monthly board meetings on the second Monday of the month and serve on committees.
