Help for children

Executive director, Partnership for the Children of San Luis Obispo CountyDecember 18, 2013

Since 1994, the all-volunteer membership of Central Coast Funds for Children has raised and granted more than $1 million to local organizations providing special services for children in need in our community, including Tolosa Children’s Dental Center, which provides dental care for thousands of underserved children in our county each year. Much of CCFC’s funds are raised through special events and community projects such as their Annual Soup Supper and Christmas in November, and participation with local merchants to earn a percentage of profits for a day.

As a representative of one of the many local county nonprofit organizations who have benefited from their generosity, I encourage everyone to support CCFC’s efforts, and to know by doing so, you are helping to make a positive difference in the lives of children in our community.
