Triple the brickbats

Morro BayDecember 11, 2013

In regard to The Tribune opinion, “Morro Bay rife with controversy,” the city of Morro Bay can use whatever sympathy it can get regarding our recent controversies.

However, I think a brickbat is more appropriate for our current City Council. They have managed to terminate the city’s two top administrators without cause at a cost to the city of about $400,000, have introduced excessive partisanship in city governance, alienated the city’s longtime partner for running the wastewater treatment plant, have only complicated the wastewater treatment plant issue and have made Morro Bay a less happy place to live.

I think that this is deserving of three brickbats.

The Tribune is pleased to provide this opportunity to share information, experiences and observations about what's in the news.
