Grover Beach City Council. Meets today. 473-4567. Receive presentation on local street conditions; review city’s current street-repair program and review short- and long-term street-repair issues.

Arroyo Grande City Council. Meets Tuesday. 473-5400. Preliminary approval of projects to be funded with city’s allocation of community development block grant funds; consider appointing Councilman Jim Guthrie as mayor pro tem and direct staff to prepare amendment so newly elected and appointed council members wait a year before becoming eligible to serve as mayor pro tem.

Atascadero City Council. Meets Tuesday. 461-5000. Consider adopting changes to building codes; appeal of a city denial of a request for an interim management plan for the Millhollin Mine; Dove Creek Commercial Center plan amendment.

Grover Beach Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 473-4520. Review draft climate action plan and make recommendation to City Council on adoption of the plan.

Pismo Beach Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 773-4658. Consider permit for installation of steel poles and other equipment for Southern California Gas Co. at five locations in the public right-of-way and on city-owned parcels; review proposed climate action plan.

San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors. Meets Tuesday. 781-5450. Hold public needs hearing for the 2014 action plan for the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership Act and Emergency Solutions Grant programs; a hearing by Dana Adobe Amigos for a land-use ordinance amendment for the Dana Adobe site to include a visitor center, outdoor amphitheater, Chumash interpretive area and other improvements.

San Luis Obispo City Council. Meets Tuesday. 781-7100. Update on the city’s fiscal status and report on the city’s major city goals; general fund five-year
fiscal forecast.

San Luis Coastal School Board. Meets Tuesday. Annual board reorganization; discuss the district’s local control and accountability plan.
