The annual 8” x 8” show at Cambria Center for the Arts highlights paintings in the small format. The work is varied and unique, making them popular gifts. The show opens in conjunction with Hospitality Night, which brings together the community in visiting many of Cambria’s shops and restaurants.

The show is also a major fundraiser for Allied Arts Association, a nonprofit arts organization that relies in part on the generosity of the community.

The opening reception runs from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, at 1350 Main St.

For those willing to make a donation to Allied Arts, a private priority viewing will be available in advance. Viewing periods are 30 minutes or longer, depending on the amount donated.

For priority viewing appointment from Tuesday, Dec. 3, through Friday, Dec. 5, contact Jeanette Wolf at 927-1356.

The show continues through Jan. 5. For details, call 927-8190.
