Town hall meeting on new school standards set in Paso Robles

Paso Robles Joint Unified School District will host a town hall meeting at 6 p.m. Monday to discuss the California Common Core State Standards implementation and the Smarter Balance Assessment Consortium testing program that will be used to assess the new standards. School board members will be in attendance.

The meeting will be held in the multipurpose room at Winifred Pifer Elementary School, 1350 Creston Road, in Paso Robles. The public is encouraged to attend the town hall meeting to gather information and ask questions.
