Heavy traffic on northbound Highway 101 through San Luis Obispo is being caused by a non-injury accident just north of San Luis Obispo before the Cuesta Grade, near Fox Hollow Road, a CHP dispatcher confirmed.

According to reports that began at 4:44 p.m., three cars were blocking the fast lane.

Those cars have since been cleared, but traffic has been slowed as far south as Prado Road in San Luis Obispo.
