Atascadero Planning Commission. Meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday. 461-5000. Application to open a cider brewery and tasting room at 3220 El Camino Real; changes to the Dove Creek Commercial Center at 11600 El Camino Real.

Morro Bay City Council. Meets at 4:30 p.m. in closed session and 5:30 p.m. in open session Tuesday. Closed session to consider discipline/dismissal/termination/ release of city manager. Open session discussion on request for proposals for an interim city attorney.

Paso Robles City Council. Meets at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. 237-3888. Draft of city’s plan to reduce greenhouse gases; options for the city’s portion in a regional effort to build Salinas River trails; flag design for the city’s 125th anniversary March 11; spending $33,000 on gas line at 625 Riverside Ave. and repair the heating and air conditioning system at Centennial Park; accessibility upgrades to the North County Transportation Center.

Pismo Beach City Council. Meets at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday. 773-4657. Stored state water sales, capital improvements quarterly report, Bello Bridge replacement project, special events program update.

San Luis Obispo City Council. Meets at 6 p.m. Tuesday. Review of mobile vendor ordinance; skillsbased pay program review and expansion; Reservoir Canyon natural conservation plan.

San Luis Coastal School Board. Meets at 6 p.m. Tuesday. Del Mar Elementary School Multipurpose Room. Superintendent’s recommendation on accelerated learners and Teach Elementary; approval of secondary math progression; proposal to fund elementary WiFi infrastructure.

North Coast Advisory Council. Meets at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. 927-1934. Consider: 9270 Avonne Avenue at Otter Way, San Simeon, a 29,268-square-foot, three-phase mini-storage development in two buildings, plus an existing 1,164-square-foot manager’s residence; 2706 Newton Drive, add two-story, two-car garage; 1538 Bradford Road, 433-square foot addition for master suite; relocation of recycling center; 2013 North Coast Transit survey update and report.

Cambria Community Services District Board of Directors. Meets at 12:30 p.m. Thursday. 927-6223. Reconsider for a third time extending intent-to-serve letter for Pacific Western Bank’s 16 multi-family EDUs (equivalentdwelling units); adopt and amend 2013 state Fire Code and 2012 International Wildland Urban Interface Code.

Coast Unified School District Board of Trustees. Meets at 7 p.m. Thursday. 927-3880. Approve English Learners master plan and district Strategic Action Plan.

Heritage Ranch Community Services District Board of Directors. Meets at 4 p.m. Thursday. 227-6230. Review proposals for Water Treatment Plant improvements; consider setting policy for periodic rate reviews.
