Two local environmental nonprofits, Morro Bay National Estuary Program and Morro Coast Audubon, will hold an open house Friday to raise awareness of both groups’ projects at the Estuary Nature Center.

Guests will meet staff and volunteers involved in both programs, as well as members of the board of directors and receive updates on upcoming program projects, according to a news release.

Guests will also have the chance to win a free wine tasting at Tolosa Winery or a Morro Coast Audubon T-shirt.

The event will be held at the Estuary Nature Center in Marina Square, 601 Embarcadero, from 5 to 8 p.m.
