Templeton elementary school teacher Jo Anne Stoddard has joined the staff of the Central Coast Children’s Choir to direct its Apprentice Choir, which consists of boys and girls in grades 4 through 6.

Stoddard instituted an elementary school chorus in Templeton that developed into a choral music program for the entire school district, according to a CCCC news release.

She has also worked in San Miguel, Pleasant Valley and Atascadero school districts.

Now in its 20th year, the Central Coast Children’s Choir draws its choir of 90 boys and girls from communities within San Luis Obispo County.
