More than a year after Central Coast New Tech High School opened, residents will now have the chance to learn more about its project-based learning program.

The Five Cities branch of the American Association of University Women will host a public presentation about the Nipomo-based school Monday at the Woman’s Club of Arroyo Grande.

The presentation will feature speeches and demonstrations by students and a teacher from New Tech, which opened in August 2012.

Lucia Mar Unified School District Superintendent Jim Hogeboom and New Tech Principal Dan Neff will also speak at the event.

The presentation will take place at 7 p.m. at 211 Vernon St.
