Deborah Cash to serve as marshal in SLO's holiday parade

The SLO Downtown Association recently announced its retiring executive director Deborah Cash will serve as Holiday Parade Marshal at the annual winter holiday parade.

Cash will lead a 100-entry procession through downtown starting at 7 p.m. Dec. 6.

The annual parade — whose theme this year will be “Get Your Holiday Shine On” — is in its 38th year, according to a news release.

Applications for the parade will be available on Tuesday in the SLO Downtown Association office at 1108 Garden St. and online at
