The Latino Outreach Council of San Luis Obispo County will host a free educational forum on the Affordable Care Act on Sept. 25.

It is the third in a series of educational forums hosted by the council.

The panel includes Nipomo attorney Jacqueline Frederick as moderator, and California state Sen. Bill Monning, Community Health Centers representative Jose Guzman, attorney Joel Diringer and county Supervisor Debbie Arnold as speakers.

It will take place at the County Government Center, 1055 Monterey St. in San Luis Obispo, from 6 p.m. to 8. Refreshments will be served for the half-hour prior to the event.
