Arroyo Grande City Council. Meets Tuesday. 473-5414. Consider changing the parking rules in the Village to eliminate the two-hour parking limit Sundays and replace the overnight parking prohibition in parking lots in the Village to a 12-hour restriction only.

Atascadero City Council. Meets Tuesday. 461-5000. New location on the fourth floor of the historic City Hall at 6500 Palma Ave. Groundwater update; hear the second phase of plans for the city’s marketing plan as proposed by contracted firms TJA Advertising and Mental Marketing.

Cambria Community Services District. Special meeting today. 927-6223. Discussion of water supply conditions, consideration of setting date for public hearing to consider increased water conservation measures and surcharges for excess water consumption.

Grover Beach Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 473-4568. Consideration of a use permit for South County People’s Kitchen to serve meals seven days a week from noon to 1 p.m at 286 S. 16th St.

Morro Bay City Council. Meets Tuesday. 772-6200. Discuss potential revenue ballot measures for June election including a sales tax, public utilities user tax, bed tax and 911 tax. Discuss and recommend proposals for sublease of 307 Morro Bay Blvd. Consider issuing request for proposal for rate study of water and sewer rates. Status report of major maintenance and repair plan for existing wastewater treatment plan.

Nipomo Community Services District. Meets Wednesday. 929-1133. Consideration of a request from a farm adjacent to the district for emergency water sales and consideration of a change of district policy to allow this.

Oceano Community Services District. Meets Wednesday. 481-6730. Confidentiality agreement to receive Santa Maria groundwater basin monitoring data; review to dispose of an inoperable dump truck; replacement of a sewer lateral serving 19th Street.

Paso Robles Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 237-3888. Application to divide an 8.7-acre lot at the west end of 21st Street into three lots.

Pismo Beach Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 773-4658. Public workshop to consider potential changes to city policies that prohibit subdivision of properties between Shell Beach Road and Highway 101; consideration of general plan amendments to change open space designations in several areas to low-density and residential housing.

San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors. Meets Tuesday. 781-5450. Hearing to begin process of rezoning the Avila Beach tank farm from industrial to recreational to make way for possible tourism development; consideration of alignment of an intertie for the Bob Jones Pathway.

San Luis Obispo Planning Commission. Meets Wednesday. 781-7109. Review of the Bob Jones Pathway connection to the Octagon Barn within the creek setback area from Los Osos Valley Road to the southern city limits.
