Contract canceled

San Luis ObispoSeptember 4, 2013

The saga of Bentley Murdock sends the message that if you are young, energetic and effective at developing a brand identity, San Luis Obispo will fire you. Moreover, you will learn about it from the Web and not your employer.

Thanks to the marketing geniuses hired by the city, the paltry sum that will be saved by this embarrassment is not going into damage control, so one must conclude it’s going into profit and overhead.

Rosetta’s cover story explaining why Murdock’s contract was canceled is so lame that it alone is justification enough for the city to cancel Rosetta’s $600,000 contract.
