Memorandum of understanding with the Arroyo Grande Police Officers Association; replacement vehicles for the Public Works Department; amendment to community tree program; license agreement for Police Department Firearms Range; land acquisition, extension of Castillo Del Mar roadway, and the provision of water service to the Heights at Vista Del Mar Development.

Los Osos Community Services District. Meets Thursday. 528-9370. A presentation on the Los Osos Groundwater Basin Plan. 

Oceano Community Services District. Meets Wednesday. 481-6730. Presentation of the district’s audited financial statements; extension of Gary Keefe as district’s interim manager; approval of legal counsel contract; one-time waiver of late fees associated with a billing error.

Paso Robles Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 237-3888. Land use changes to lots downtown, near Chandler Ranch and on the city’s west side; amendments to the city’s master plan to reshape the west side of town; application to expand the Paso Robles Sports Club at 2975 Union Road; application by First Transit to operate a bus maintenance facility within an existing building at 2919 Union Road.

Pismo Beach Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 773-4658. Application for an 88-square-foot office addition to a home at 111 Park Place; application for a permit to construct a two-story home at 220 Indio Drive.

San Luis Obispo Planning Commission. Meets Wednesday. 781-7100. Subdivision to create three parcels in conjunction with 80 lots, and review of the initial study of environmental impact.
