Man exposed himself to two women in Paso Robles, police say

A man driving this vehicle reportedly exposed himself to a woman in McDonald's parking lot in in the 2700 block of Black Oak Drive on Monday. It appears to be a four-door, small SUV or crossover, blue or gray in color with a black roof/luggage rack.


Paso Robles police are searching for a man connected to two recent indecent-exposure incidents.

Police suspect the same man exposed his genitals to one woman at a shopping center on Friday and a different woman at a fast-food restaurant on Monday.

At 11:34 a.m. Friday, a woman flagged down a Paso Robles police officer in the parking lot of a shopping center in the 2300 block of Theatre Drive and reported that she had been the victim of indecent exposure.

The woman told police that she had been walking to her vehicle when a white male adult drove up next to her in a black Honda Civic. He reportedly yelled at the woman to get her attention, causing her to see that he was exposing his genitals and appeared to be masturbating.

He then drove away.

Paso Robles police officers searched the area but were unable to locate the man, who wore a black T-shirt, blue jeans and a dirty green baseball cap with white lettering or a white logo.

The Paso Robles Police Department communications center received another report of indecent exposure at approximately 11:02 a.m. Monday.

Police said a woman had been helping her children out of their vehicle in the parking lot of a McDonald’s restaurant in the 2700 block of Black Oak Drive when the vehicle parked next to her started to exit.

The woman told police that she saw the vehicle’s driver exposing his genitals and masturbating while looking directly at her and laughing. He was last seen driving out of the parking lot.

The woman called police, but attempts to find the man were unsuccessful.

According to police, the woman described the man as a heavyset white male, 20 to 25 years old, wearing a black T-shirt with white lettering or a white logo on the front, blue jeans and a green baseball cap with a red-tipped brim.

She identified his vehicle from business surveillance video as a small, four-door SUV or crossover vehicle, blue or gray with a black roof rack.

The Paso Robles Police Department is asking anyone with information about the incidents to call Crime Stoppers at 549-7867 (STOP) or submit a tip at Tips can also sent by texting “slotips” and your message to 274637 (CRIMES).
