Too much opinion

TempletonAugust 14, 2013

The news (slanted, as usual) account of the unfortunate death of Judge William P. Clark Jr. carries on The Tribune’s addiction of muddling up the news with its political ideas. Even the major papers and TV organizations were able to report the news of Judge Clark’s death without festooning their political feelings.

Though The Trib may wish it were not true, Judge Clark served honorably as a judge of every level of our court system in California, and from the U.S. State Department, National Security Agency to the president and secretary of the interior.

Why don’t you guys man up and put your political feelings on the Opinion page and try to give us news on the other pages?

The Tribune is pleased to provide this opportunity to share information, experiences and observations about what's in the news. Some of the comments may be reprinted elsewhere in the site or in the newspaper. We encourage lively, open debate on the issues of the day, and ask that you refrain from profanity, hate speech, personal comments and remarks that are off point. Thank you for taking the time to offer your thoughts.
