Reward offered in robbery of Atascadero's CoastHills credit union

The Atascadero Police Department has released additional photographs of the man sought in connection with robbing CoastHills Federal Credit Union in Atascadero on Aug. 8.

Also, San Luis Obispo Crime Stoppers is now offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the robber.

The robber of the credit union at 8900 Pueblo Avenue was described as a white male in his mid-20s, 6 feet tall, 165 to 175 pounds with brown curly hair, a mustache and goatee. He was wearing a black and white baseball cap and a black T-shirt with a green and white design on it.

Citizens who may have information about the case are asked to call the Atascadero Police Department or go to the San Luis Obispo Crime Stoppers website at for additional information.
