Out of their mind

NipomoAugust 5, 2013

One hundred and thirty-seven acres with 500 houses, condos, a hotel and a shopping center all on 137 acres? Plus almost half of it left to be a farm. Well, let’s do the math: Half of 137 is 68.5 acres. 500 houses on 68.5 acres? That is around seven per acre — I live on a whole acre all by myself.

Oh, let’s not forget there will be streets and roads using up a lot of the land. And we didn’t even include what will be used up by the shops and hotel, etc. This will all be as bad as the inner city of Detroit. Somebody is out of their ever-loving minds.
